Michelle Mosher has been a resident of Gardiner for 35 years. She first began serving the Town of Gardiner in 1989 as Assessment Review Board Secretary and has also served as Confidential Secretary to the Supervisor, Assessors Clerk and Deputy Town Clerk. In 1995 Michelle was elected to the position of Town Clerk and Tax Collector. She has served in this position for the last 21 years. She has served as president of the Ulster County Town Clerk and Tax Collectors Association, is a member of the New York State Town Clerk’s Association and has attained the designation of Registered Municipal Clerk for the State of New York. Michelle has been proud to serve the Town of Gardiner and is grateful for the support she has received over the years.
